How do I reopen my account?

You are not able to re-open an account once it has been closed, but you can always create a new EarnIn account.

To create a new EarnIn account please follow the steps below:

1. Make sure that the app and your phone are updated to their latest version.
2. Do a clear cache.
   • For Android users and for iOS users.
3. Upon opening the app, click Get Started to sign on

If you’re using the same bank information as a previous account there will be a 30-day waiting period unless the previous account has been deleted and there are no pending debits.
